is it common for a four year old to have body odour? are there blood tests or alergy tests that can be carried out to find out if there is a problem? only started suffering with it at the age of three an half after the Hib booster!
Answer
Usually children do not have a body odour. Please ensure that his personal hygiene is maintained. Some children may have body odour if they sweat a lot. Some of them may have odour due to obesity and some due to foul smelling urine. Some may have bad breath due to improper cleaning of teeth. Rule out the above and consult a doctor if it is too troublesome.
