I have been breastfeeding my 9 month old baby. But since introducing solid food to her, I have not been feeding her as much. I think my milk supply is getting very little as I am feeding her maybe every 5 hours or so. If I start feeding her milk more frequently, will my milk supply increase again?
My baby does not ask for milk. Is it because I am feeding her too much solid food & she is still full?

I wrote in about a query last week on the diet of my 9 month old baby. I was advised to introduce solid food to her & should be gradually weaning her off breast feeding. But it is recommended by WHO to continue breastfeeding till the child is 2 years old if possible. Please inform me why it was advised for me to wean off breastfeeding.

Currently I'm using white rice to cook porridge for my daughter (8 months old). Can I mix (or only use)unpolished rice to cook her porridge? If I want to give her juice, what fruits are the best? Do I have to pre-cook the juice or fruits before feeding her? Thanks!
