My 7 year daughter has recently developed a behavior/symptoms of frequently squeezing her eyes shut. It used to be just one eye, now it's both. Could this be medical or behavioral? She says the bother her, yet she doesn't rub them, nor do they tear, have any discharge or redness.

My son is 7 years old. About 2 months ago he started rolling his eyes upwards about every 3 minutes. Over that last few weeks it has progress to a movement of both eyes either left or right 2 times a minute. He says it feels better when he does it. Towards the end of the day his eyes hurt and they hurt in the morning. He has 20/20 vision out of both eyes. Any idea as to what this condition is?

I am looking for information about "tics" that a six year old boy would have. Last year our family physician checked him and said that it would pass, and it sometimes occurs in children of that age group. These "tics" have returned in varying symptoms. My husband and I are extremely concerned. Last year it was a strong exaggerated blinking and a honking noise. This time the blinking varies from that of last year, and now he shakes as if he is having a small spasm or seizure in his arms and/or head. Where should I look for information on this?
